I just wanted to give everyone a quick update. Everything safely made it back to our HQ in Missouri. We have spent the past ten days sorting and organizing everything we have. To our surprise there were many never (or very limited) released items in the lot but many of them seem to be missing one key piece that would prevent us from releasing them to the public.
Now comes the hard part. There are over 1600 total molds sitting at various manufacturing plants around the USA. We need to figure out which molds create the missing parts and then get them cast so we can release these items. That process is going to take 6-8 weeks (maybe longer).
Now for some good news. On Tuesday we are going to begin building the new website and should have something functional before Gencon. We do have enough product to put together more starters and some other SKU's for the game. When the website launches the store portion will have inventory to purchase. Also, at Gencon we plan to bring with us some rulebooks, starters and many promo figures (and other AQ merchandise).
If you happen to be at Gencon please stop by the booth (Game Plus Products booth). After the show on Saturday we are holding a meet and greet at one of the convention rooms. More details about this will be released in the coming weeks.
The new website URL will be: www.quietmartianfront.com

I understand if you want to keep them secret, but what kind of never/limited release items? I assume one not related to that bit is the dirigible we always saw in shots, and maybe the morlocks as well. I can't attend Gencon, but I may have a friend show up to grab some goodies if you've got rare stuff on sale! Also, be aware that the starter rule book in the starter boxes is missing some main rules, making it fairly worthless. Maybe you want to offer the main rule book at a discount to people that buy the starter, or at least make them aware. One of the main promises AD made that was frustrating overall was to make a pdf of the rules that would fix a lot of the inconsistencies (points values, etc). If that were available, you could point people to it that buy the starter.
Oh, I posted some pictures of unbuilt kits in case it helped y'all figure out the molds. I'm sure if you post mold pictures here we can help, too. So excited!!

Interesting news! Please take whatever time you need to get things done properly. You'll get folks like us nagging you for stuff right away, but don't listen to us We can wait!

I had heard that the Morlock and Underdweller molds have been lost forever and will never be released... Ever! Or was that just a very happy dream :0)

Some of the unreleased limited models are the flame tanks, pattons tank and the red martian. We have 80% of the parts for these models but seems to be missing something for each one. We are working on making them complete so we can launch them but it may take some time.

The Patton tank, only the top was different to the MKIV tank. The Red Martian is just a plastic assault tripod with a siren and a few metal skeletons stuck on.

Great news on this front. Looking forward to seeing what the Ironclad Games crew has in store for the future.
But I think that, for everyone, it'd be best if the Dominator bits molds were intentionally never found.

If anyone has any of the following models that were not put together we could use an image of the pieces that made up the kit:
Red Martian Patton Tank Flame Tank Tesla Tank
Those are all items we want to get released ASAP but need to figure out what makes up the kits.

I have an unassembled tank that is supposed to be the Patton tank, so will try and find that and post a picture tomorrow (unless someone beats me to it)

I don't have an unassembled red martian, but the upgrade is small and simple. Six skeletons, a small flat to round metal piece for the front of the tripod, and a small bullet shaped siren. I've attached a picture of mine here, without the siren. Ignore the half soldier on front, he's a conversion, as are the double tentacles.

The flame tank was never released to retail or to the kickstarter so the only pictures of that are in the rulebook

When AD was at gencon two years ago, they had lots of painted models for people to look at. The MK IV flame tank,MK IV command tank, Patton's tank, and the Red Martian were all there. If those models were still in the studio when you picked everything up,you should have them to see what they look like.
