There it is!
Nice of you all to post those.
To me, and this might be a lone opinion in the wind, it just looked like something was off. I was more eloquent about what I felt was off in the old forums. But looking at it right now...it looks like the turret is just sitting on the back of a big tractor...which is definitely different than the feel I get from the concept art.
I'd have to look at the concept art side-by-side against the prototype again to better describe what my brain is telling me it doesn't like.

Could I have a better look at the bigger beast just to the right?

I believe that is just the full, initial sculpt of the prototype Goliath that we see primered black in the pics.

I will get a better picture of the larger version, but midnightblue is correct, it is just the initial 3-d print.

I like the turret and the wheels but I think the body needs beefing up a bit

I think the neck join on the turret looks weak and spindly, and the body seems... Narrow. Maybe it's just these pics. First time I've seen it. It doesn't feel that imposing, but could be the lack of troops next to it and the big one behind it.

Joe, I tend to agree with the others regarding the base of the turret. It doesn't look correct (skinny neck) because the diameter is not wide enough to accommodate the turret basket that the gunner and loader will stand in and that will rotate with the turret. It should be about the width of the hull and about equal to the lower surface of the turret itself. The other item would be to add rivets to the bottom inward slope on the turrets. It looks out of place as all the other surfaces have them and this surface does not.

Any way to see a MkIV and a Land Ironclad next to this sculpt to see its scale with respect to the other heavies in the lineup?
The concept sketch seems lower and wider than this model, as well...

I don't have a picture. It was on the AD forums, but that's inaccessible now.
That was the only one of two models that I wasn't impressed with. It veered away from the concept art too much in my opinion.
Thanks very much for letting me know And ironclad, thanks so much for posting this progress pictures! They are awesome! Craig

In addition to the above comments, I think what looks 'wrong' is the two different size wheels. The original drawing shown all wheels to be the same size; your 'print' seems to have one axle with a much larger tire than the other axle. This makes it look awkward. I figure you wanted to give it a sense of direction like a tractor, but, it distracts the eye. Please go with all tires the same size. It should be more balanced than it looks atm. Great to see the pic & work thus far. Drooling has commenced.
