This question is based on my own limited All Quiet gaming experience.(i've only played five games so far having played both Americans and Martians) Is it too easy to defeat Martians ? In every game i've been involved in so far The Martians have been defeat ,often quiet heavily . Have others found this also?
I should add a caveat that i am notoriously poor with my dice rolling skills.

No, I can't say I have. But a lot will depend on what scenario (if any) you are playing and how big a game table you have. One of the Martians' biggest strengths is their mobility. With the move sequence they can move in, shoot and then fall back out of range of most of the human weapons. Do this a few times and they can wear down the humans without getting hurt in return. They can also quickly move to concentrate against a single part of the human force and overwhelm it before help can arrive from elsewhere on the table.

What is killing your Martians?
Too effective HMGs?
Too effective rough riders?
Too effective terrain bonuses for defense?
Too slow speed (6 inches or less) for tripods that can assault? Same for drones and lobos?

This is going off memory ; Scenario one ,on a 4x8 table and a 6x4 Scenario two ,on an 6x4 table twice. Scenario three had been posted by the guy who ran it on the now dead forum .The table was 12 x 4 All sizes in feet.

The Guy i battled against is a god-diceroller Every Time he shots me, he get a 9 or 10... And if you have just 5-6 Pods or less, you get a bad punch with every losing pod

Yes the any hit can destroy a Tripod is my least favorite part of the rules.
With the humans getting buckets of dice, on top of that it can be rough.

I've seen an even split so in about 12 games run the big difference is terrain. Any terrain favors the humans by a huge amount. Try running your next game with no forests and limited buildings you'll see a big difference.

I think your main problem is the table size! Try playing on the 'standard' 4x6 long or 6x4 short edged tables - you'll find the Martians much more dangerous. And the 'Martian Twostep' is a valuable tactic against firepower. The prey-that-stings will either have to get to range (there's no 'rear gear' in AQ for some reason, maybe thats why) and be left too close or take the punishment of repeated blows.

e (there's no 'rear gear' in AQ for some reason, maybe thats why) and be left too close or take the punishment of repeated blows. There's no rear gear in AQ? Tank's can't reverse? Is this right?

Ahhh, I'm afraid so - this would definately be a necessary rule change for the future.

This may be why the Humans have been kicking my Martian ass! AQ is probbly one of the few games where a tank commander would need to go in reverse,

Theres a posting in another thread with folks pointing out (particularly scottwashburn) that there is no real restriction on movement and facing of a tank as long as the measurement is taken from the 'front face'. I suppose theres no need to do anything about this as you could just reverse by measuring straight back.

Chronos,
I might also ask what sort of force of Martians you have? Just tripods, or do you have drones and grenadiers? A pure assault tripod force is going to find the humans a tough nut to crack.

It's been a force of tripods and drones mostly with one grenadier as we only had one grenadier at that point. . I need to play some more games though
