I backed the rulebook only. I have lots of painted and unpainted figs so do not need more. And I am not that interested in the Germans for the game.

The gun tube looks good. Feel like putting a few MGs on it? I am considering it. Actually there is a spot over the “cab” that looks like something should be mounted. I am thinking a search light might be good. There was nothing in the kit to go there. I need to look through my parts box and see what I find, or think about scratching something.

I bought a Goliath from IC just before they sold the AQ franchise and just got around to painting it. The casting is so-so and I had to replace the gun. It looked more like a bow than a gun tube. It will hit the table in a couple of weeks when we play our first AQ game since the virus hit.

Mine came Monday and I’ll probably finish it today. It’s a great read. Highly recommended.

Our group had this discussion a while back. We decided that since aircraft will be high in the sky they will look smaller, so the smaller scale models will work fine. If it is landed it is a different story.

Staying at home in Idaho. Will be hosting the elementary age grandkids because schools are closed and both daughter and son- in-law are required at work. The teachers prepared work for the kids, so we will be supervising their school work. Getting some painting done, mostly for Oak & Iron and our StarGrunt games. Hopefully it won’t be too long before those models and All Quiet models can get to the table in other than a solo game.

That is sad news. He was a great contributor to the forum and creative with his rules and TOEs. He will be sorely missed.

We've been treating machine guns and small arm per the rules, but they get a -2 on their roll on the damage chart with a result of 0 or -1 having no affect at all. That is what we have been doing as well. But the D6 roll on the damage table sounds interesting. Will have to try that.

Just finished the Texas Front book. Good read. Really enjoyed it and am looking forward to the next in the series. If I were to express a complaint it would be about the typeface used to print the book. It is really a couple of points too small for comfortable reading. I don’t know if you have any influence on that issue, but perhaps you can mention it to the publisher for the next book.
Thanks for the story and keep’em coming.

Mine came 2 days ago and is sitting there taunting me to read it, but I have other real life things that must get done first. Probably be another week before I can get to it. And I checked, the correct book is inside the cover.🙂
