Here's a fuel tender conversion that combined the tank from a Woodland Scenics 1914 Diamond T tank truck with an Ironclad Miniatures 28mm scale Faraday Electric Gun carriage. This could be a water tanker for steam tanks or a gasoline tanker for S2G gas powered tanks. I need to make a styrene frame extension for the gun carriage to 'support' the rear end of the tank. The piece with small tank, pipes and valve should be added after the tank is glued to the carriage. It has to be shifted left of center so the valve wheel (a separate piece) clears the carriage. The Diamond T truck will have a styrene body added and be used as a transport. The wheelbase is almost the same as a Flivver's but the frame is shorter; if desired it could be extended with strips of styrene. Alternatively, a shorter body or flatbed than the Flivver's could be used.

Nice - as usual I'm in awe of your abilities. This one does actually look easy enough for me to do!

Nice - as usual I'm in awe of your abilities. This one does actually look easy enough for me to do! It's a very easy conversion. The only physical mod to the fuel tank is to file the bottom of the innermost of two lockers on the right side 0.75mm shallower so it's even with the bottom of the tank and will sit flat on the gun carriage cross-piece. You don't need to bother with adding a styrene gun carriage frame extension under the rear 40% of the tank, but imo it looks better.

I suppose my only objection is using (and cost) of the Faraway guns carriage. I really like the 'FA' Faraway guns as 'Tesla Artillery' and can't see chopping them up for other uses. I applaud your use of them mind you. Guess I'll never be the model artist you and other are. I do love the things you do with all this stuff

I do love the things you do with all this stuff They would make good Tesla artillery without any mods but should have a generator of some sort, in a towing vehicle for example. I was able to order the ones intended for use as trailers without gun barrels (just wheels and carriage). I forget what they cost but it was cheaper than the ~ 5 pounds for the complete Faraday gun.

Oh nice - I'll have to check with my provider here to see if that is also possible. Good show!
