Is anybody going to the War Games expo at Bovvington Tank Museum in Dorset this weekend? www.tankmuseum.org/whats-on/events/bovevt52930 I doubt AQMF will be available but you never know. At least it'll be a chance to see what's for sale that might fit in.

ack, I'd love too - one of my bucket lists items, to visit my ancestors country (Wales) and see a BPL soccer game. I'm pulling for Wales in todays UEFA Cup semifinal - love to see them win! Underdog player as always, my Poland lost last night to Portugal in PKs - I'm pulling for Iceland as well against France and the not so underdog Italian against the Germans. TY for the invite

I got to visit Bovvington, back in the day when Chieftains and Centurions were still on active duty. Great place. I never went to a football match in England. Seems the stole all the action from Baseball.

So, my visit was short to say the least due to a very small window of opportunity. It was great to see so many games being run amongst the armour of the era, an awesome ambience. One thing I did notice amongst the traders was Sgts Mess. Their products look great on the internet but didn't look so good in person. By contrast earlywarminiatures.com looked much better IMHO. Hopefully next year there will be some representation from AQMF both in games and trade.

oooh really liked the earlywarminiatures line! Especially nice were the Armored Sidecar Harley with the HMG. Also the Mexican Revolution figures as well as lots of interesting artillery and tanks. I take it they are all 15 mm as they had a small WW2 20 mm line as well? The extensive Australian Light Horse were a treat as well. Good stuff!!

I think they're all 20mm based on my read of the home page. Some nice British tanks including the Mk IX and the never built Medium C.

oooh even nicer. I could use the 20mm stuff for a full scale army and mix with other 1/72 too, based on the size of their 20s. If anyone has some of these, could you put some infantry and/or motorcycle stuff up against AD, FoW, Peter Pig, or 1/72 models for comparison pictures?? TY.
