On the old forum there was a chap who had added a great deal of detail on his Tripod bases.
This included wrecked artillery and train tracks made from white plasticard and scenery that allowed for dice to be added to record damage.
Does this ring any bells with anyone? It would be great to see them here again.

Wisercj on this forum, maybe. He's the guy with minions and funky robo-cows. He's a master at that stuff.

Theres actually a company out there that does the fancy bases with stuff already sculpted on them - I'll see if I can find them just for those who aren't modeling inclined (ei me).

I think the company you are looking for may be "SECRET WEAPON MINIATURES" They make a whole line of resin bases with different scenery on top. They come in a variety of diameters.
