Just to let people know Amazon isn't going to fulfill orders until at least September 3rd. I got a message that I had to approve an order. It said that it was delayed at least until the 3rd of September. When i checked the books to see if I could reorder it and get it sooner it said out of stock. This @#$@!$% me off. I've had it preordered since Febuary and its out of stock the day after release and they can't fill my order. What is really annoying is that I was able to get it from Barnes and Noble at a higher price. I hope this isn't another matter of Amazon censoring stuff again.

My publisher says there was a slight hiccup in the shipping, but they should be going out now.

Amazon being Amazon, they sent me a second book. I guess the first person to respond from the US gets it free! Sorry only US I'm paying the shipping.

I ordered a copy of my own book on the day it was released (August 4) just to see how long it would take to get it. Arrived today.
