Hey guys! Long time, no see! It's been busy times at the Capitol but I've finally gotten some point to paint and game again. While I'm getting ready for the final push to complete my 29th Infantry Division Rifle Company for Flames of War, I have some future plans. I'm going to be working on Indian armies for both FoW and AQMF. I've already begun gathering the models for both. The only issue I've run into is finding the right color for skin tone. Any advice on paints I might want to use? I plan to be working on Punjabi Sikhs from the North of the country.
Good to be back!

Vallejo has a "kit" of fleshtones, actually one for historical and one for fantasy.
Painting fleshtones is very tricky because there are multiple colors in even a 15mm face.
If you're looking for a color palette, you may need to look at some historical artwork. There is no "Indian" complexion.

On a scale this small, detailed fleshtones are either hard or easy. Hard if you go in for rigor and try to make every highlight and shadow. Easy if you pick one a little darker than good ole AngloSaxon pinkish-tan and just use a wash to shade it.
And, since lighting can make a big difference, the variability is even greater.
Main message: Don't over-think it and fret. This is a hobby to enjoy.
