We've been busy with Tiny Terrain as of late, but have recast/modeled/molded parts of the Overseer (chunkier legs, different vent spots for the head so the large plug issue isn't, etc.). Goliath is also just about done and being ready for production. MM will have a contest to win one for free soon, so check that out if interested.

There has been a major issue with the site and for now it is down. We are trying to get records, etc. but in the interim - the redirect takes you to MM's landing page. I will try to host all of the .pdfs there.

I play Martians and usually see it as an uphill battle. Luck aside (so many golden bb shots have felled tripods), Rough Riders and MG's (teams and tanks) can chew up Tripods. Don't forget stealth blips and orders. Keep up the fight!

Working on this beast right now, in addition to Tiny Terrain. So late Jan early Feb maybe? The turret still has 3.5 hours left on the printer, then it's off to be molded!

I have Wayland in as a distributor, but I am not 100% sure about their selling policies. Of the European companies that I have contacted, they were the only one that expressed interest and orders. Florida is still part of the US. I'll try to see if my FLGS can get to you directly. Wayland is indeed in the UK, so shipping to Fla might be a bit much. In the US, there is me directly and e-figs (though they haven't restocked in awhile).

So if I tell my FLGS to check Wayland, they can get product wholesale? BTW: an assault tripod kit, chromed on the sprue, might be a good seller. I hope that Ironclad is not caught in the trap of selling currently to the detriment of development of the market. So far, I have seen no sign of AQMF at any of the stores that I submitted to Ironclad per their request. From the above, it appears that I am not unique. No posters. No handout cards. No flyers. No products on the shelf. Word of mouth only goes so far. Remembering the 4 P's of marketing: Product (they have that) Price (appear to have a handle on that) Placement (UH-OH!!) Promotion (double UH-OH!!) Having missed the Thanksgiving-Christmas window, I hope that the sales from Miniature Mart can keep things going until a retailer support operation is established. It seems an odd policy that would see MM reject orders from any source. Miniature Market is a retailer and doesn't generally sell at a deep discount to other retailers. I sell to Wayland (who uses a freight forwarder in the US), and some other retailers.

Stores are definitely good to order via Ironclad Games. I only have about 3 retailers that have picked up the game from the lists previously gathered. I cannot speak to most foreign stores (shipping and any import duties make it tough I reckon), but domestically most stores seem to be hesitant (I cannot blame them, the game's reputation is no the best) to bring on a new or resurrected minis game. The product line has a lot of skus. I have made demo kits and mailed them out, as well as supplied them to distributors to give out to stores. From my experience in working small and large retail, I would gather that stores don't want to spend money on bringing a new line, if they don't already have a supporting player base (a bit of a catch 22).

@ Joe: Thanks for letting us know what's coming and things are on track. Did not know you guys owned mini market too! Do have a question... Is that the same trenches that are part of AQOTMF? Wanted to be sure as I need some 45's trench cuts. Respectfully, Gunny Hi Gunny, The AQMF Trenches have now been incorporated into the Tiny Terrain line. Those are the same. -Joe

Hey Everyone, For those that don't know, we are also Miniature Market, so we've been extremely busy with holiday sales. Our staff cannot keep up and we have all been helping out in the warehouse regularly. I wasn't aware of this thread as I haven't really been on this site lately. Gregg told me about it in the retail store yesterday, so I am taking some time to pop in and see what's what. Around GenCon we launched a new line of resin terrain, Tiny Terrain, on www.miniaturemarket.com/. It has eaten up all of the time that we've had in the casting room as of late. AQMF releases have been delayed as a result. I believe that Mike is going to be working on the two new drones next. The Holt is done except for the engine. I saw that some folks got some bad gatherer kits, we will probably re mold that item in the future. A better email to reach me is joe@miniaturemarket.com but joe@quietmartianfront.com is still active too. We will be utilized in the warehouse for the next week and then around Christmas, hopefully we get a chance to breathe and focus on our regular work. Inquiries not related to orders may be not be answered until that time. Thanks, -Joe
