Got to go to dinner, but will be back. Wanted to mention a few things quick. Osprey has released several really nice books 'for our game'. WW1 Aircraft Carriers and Seaplanes book, a new Gunboats book, and a book on Hindeberg line fortifications. Strelet has some new 1/72 plastic sets - of particular interest are the early war Marines and Infantry - both have WW1 helmets and officers in Montana (marine) hats. One set has a AA style mg on a 360 degree mount (looks great as is point up - toward a Tripod hehe) and the infantry set include watercooled 30 cal mg. Each set has 4 sprues of the same figures, so you get 4 AA MG and 4 MG per box at a small price point ($13 or so ec). As you all are aware, I will use 1/72 human forces against the Martians IG figures - and these sets allow a major expansion of theaters for this. Enjoy! I'll be back with a bunch more stuff later

I bought the Stelets 1/72 9.2" howitzer. There are two in the pack. They are not for the faint of heart but the price is right. They will make excellent heavy artillery pieces. They look just like the ones in the rule book on page 93

1/72nd scale? How does that fit with the All Quiet figures?
Can you provide links to where to buy?

1/72nd scale is 20mm. The guns sound like they would fit for the really big heavy artillery. The infantry would be way too big.

Yes the crew are much to big but I never wanted them anyway. Scaling the model to 15mm makes it a good substitute for a 12" gun.

Do you have a link to where I can find this? I tried the Stelets website but could not find them there.

scott - Michigan Toy Soldier is the place to go - literally thousands of plastics, etc, all scales including 1/72, 1/87, etc. You'll find Airfix as well. And its Strelet, you all left out an 'r'. They are a Russia outfit I think. Listing is under vendors - I'll double check that and post site here in a few. brb - looking up MI T S address for you
