Also, don't overlook the Old Glory True North and Command Decision lines. The CD line has two interesting listings - Equipment and Weapon packs. The True North, while ww2 based, is very useful with lots of smaller nations and the preWW2 vehicles. My best example is the Belgian T-13 - a Cardigan carrier with no side mgs like in AQ. Works well for anything non-infantry, towing with crews, HQ, HMG (et al) units; anything that doesn't need the HMGs the Infantry would normally fight with from the vehicle. Heck, lets face it, the AQ Cardigan Carrier is awesome; radio, if destroyed the infantry bail and can still fight with that nice little coilgun or assault. Also, True North has lots of mounted & dismounted rifle carring Cavalry from various nations, as well as some little tankettes and trucks (my favorite is the Fiat 621 flatbed combined with a CD weapon pack truck mounted weapon. Also the Eureka USA can get any figures that the Eureka main store overseas has, just takes a little while (they order every Friday). They are actually 18mm, have been changing their listings to '15mm' but the figures are 18mm. BTW a USA penny is 18mm in diameter. Useful for convention going when you want to get an oddball vehcile or piece and need instant 'scale ruler'

Here you see Alien Dungeon AQ Ragers and Old Glory 15mm Blue Moon Zombies. Can you tell which side is which? No prizes for guessing right

Well, I guess that pretty well settles the question of who was the manufacturer for the metal AQ figures. (If there were any real doubt). Perhaps they can begin to sell more AQMF legacy figures as the dust settles on the bankruptcy. They may have to relabel the stuff unless they get license to use AQMF brand.
It does confirm the AD assertion that part of the reason for their move was to get closer to one of the manufacturers, however ill-timed the move may have been.

I've been pointing out that the AD Ragers looked identical to the Blue Moon zombies for a couple of months. The zombies were a better deal price-wise when 'Ragers' were still available.
I don't think I'll bother to buy any; my Rager virus affected elements will have a ball of purple-died cotton placed on them instead.

Until I got them I couldn't tell but they are identical but AD were dearer if I remember. Bit of a poor show really

Yes, the AD were much more costly, especially if you have the Old Glory Army discount (40% off !); my Ragers units will be filled when I'm not using the simple purple pipecleaner.

TY for the wonderful new sites Q! I really like the selection of some of the sites and in particular the availability of yet more 15mm figures for AQ. Lots of new (to me) stuff and looks as well. BTW, Walmart in the USA has a really nice selection of 'pipe cleaners' in all sorts of colors available and not expensive. The colored 'pipe cleaner' is an old wargame marker from an age when alot of the arm chairgenerals smoked pipes (duh). But, for our purposes the various colors give you a nice wide range of status markers; simply clip a length off with wire clippers and you're good to go. Of coarse, if you just get white ones, you can Sharpie color them any way you want. For me, the ease of buying a pack of precolored (usually they have 3 different colors to a pack) outweighs the do-it-yourself marker work.

Good call. Self-funding hobbying is pretty satisfying, easier to justify at home too
