Would some one be kind enough to explain tesla mines to me? Also how would you be able to set up a mine field for wouldn't one mine set off the whole mine field? Thank you for the help.

Tesla mines and the Tesla gun were both made by Tesla. The similarity ends there. The mine attacks all targets within 6 inches if it is set off, it does not make chain attacks like a tesla gun.
Rules are on page 104. (Quizzical expression)
Okay: How does a minelayer with a speed of 4 get away from a mine that attacks all targets within 6 inches? Hmmm?

Possibly a delayed arming after emplacement or a really L-O-N-G lanyard to pull an arming pin after the minelayer moves away?

I have had the same quizzical expression as hardlec and basically came to the same conclusion as boxholder.

Hmmm, my rulebook says it has a speed of 6" - but, same problem - i like the idea it has some sort of delay system or timer.
