Back in the day, when AD was busy trying to develope the Morlocks for the game, I posted several ideas about how they could be more easily played with rule changes and even did a TO&E and OOB for a few battles (the OOB was between a USA cavalry unit posted at Yosemite running into the Morlocks - I figured Yosemite would be the perfect launch point for the Morlocks). I'd limited alot of the weapons that AD had purposed and streamlined the units. I also suggested a totally different system for underground battles, using Geohex 4" hexes for the tunnels and chambers. This could either be played in a 18mm or even 28mm scales (IHMS and other figures). Finally, I developed a new type of underground army based on Khurasan Miniatures. For some reason, none of these threads have been maintained here - which is alright but begs the question why they were removed? I don't have a problem with this as the Morlocks will probably never 'see the light of day' (pun intended), but, if IG decides to try them sometime in the future, I'd suggest they Not Do So. We'd much rather have Book 2 - French, German, and Vensuian rules and figures over the strange Morlock stuff. That said, I will probably post the workup I did on the Morlocks just for the fun of it at some point. After all, until we actually have rules for Venus, there are no real opponents on the European continent for French and German forces (ref Old Glory WW1 tab), unless and until the Russian front collaspes and the Martians turn west. LoL Winter is coming Europe!

Nothing has been moved, are you sure you reposted them on this forum after the AD one went offline?

I'm not Q - please forgive my errors today as I'm running a low grade fever and am really off the mark on a lot apparently today - I'll sign off now and take some more meds and bed. Peace Out.
