If Ironclad Games is able to resume production of the AQotMF models which do you think would be most popular, other than the plastics, and which should possibly be replaced?
I like all of the Martian drones and metal tripods but they have problems with the legs being a poor/loose fit. Drone legs should be ~50% thicker where they go into slots in the body, same for metal tripod legs.
The metal used for the AD models seems softer than what's usually used for pewter models. In consequence Flivver and Spector models often appear mangled when unboxed but can usually be straightened. I would redo the Flivver model because the front axle is too weak and the canvas cover is not a good fit. It looks bad to me because it's inserted between the planked sides of the cargo bed. A new casting incorporating the canvas top and side boards (as on other manufacturers' trucks) would be a great improvement.
It seems there's a majority opinion that the BEF vehicle tracks don't look good and should be replaced. The original design in the rule book photos looks better to me; other people such as Pz3 have come up with much better looking track designs.
Release of a standard Mk IV tank turret would probably be popular, as all most people have is the Monitor version and the standard turret is supposed to be more common according to the US TOE. The turrets could also be used for fortifications if sold individually.

I agreed with all of the above & particularly having a MkIV with 5" in the turret. I've often 'demoted' the Monitor to a 'standard' MkIV with 5" as its not that much better and I like to fire every turn as well as move. I prefer the SPA howitzers to a single Monitor - 3 shots with 6" works fine, especially as moving them doesn't prevent firing. Good call

The bloody handlebars on the bikes. Fix that, before they send someone into a murderous rage. The artillery sets need some real work as well.

After a few unsuccessful attempts I figured out how to get the handlebars on relatively easily: hold them in tweezers (or in my case an old surgical clamp), test fit, apply slow setting thick ca glue, hold in position on the bike and spray with ca accelarant. Worked great.

Good call I have 3 monitors but want to convert 2 to standard MkIV tanks and put the monitor turrets on trench bunkers. I sent a friend the turret dimensions and he'll try to print them. I bought what was supposed to be a Patton from the AQotMF Buy/Sell/Trade Facebook site; it had a Monitor turret but all the other parts were correct. At least I have a 5" barrel to copy.

Things I'd like changed:
INCLUDE ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS!!!
I'd like a plastic MK VI, to reduce costs and weight.
I'd like to see the two plastic tripod heads (small and large size) used for the reaper/slaver/scientist and a plastic "cap" for the harvester. The resin heads are heavy, and it's hard for the legs to support them. In addition, I'd like to see the grenadier using the "scout" head with added launch rails. KISS and use the same basic parts as often as possible.
I agree that the metal used in the past is very soft. To me, it seems to be mostly re-melts of other pieces and suffers greatly from shipping. This includes shipping figs from home to games/FLGS and back. The joints between metal and resin are terrible. I'd rather see small holes as index points on the models, and include a bit of music wire to "pin" the joints. The detail of the human figures suffers from the soft metal. Do they have faces or gas-masks? It should be easier to tell.
Please make available a sprue of parts: Machine guns, Machine gun turrets, baggage for vehicles, sandbags etc.

All wonderful ideas. My two most favorite are the assembly instructions and sprue of parts - was part of my 'wish list' back in the day for AD. See the thread under 'General' tab.

Consider this, Tripodwise:
The addition of a "large" head, so there are three sizes: small, medium and large The addition of two types of legs, so there is short, medium and long. Long legs would include a clear tube that can attach to the tripod base that would provide additional structural support.
Short legs, small head Slaver, Grenadier (with launch rails)
short legs, medium head Gatherer, Engineer
short legs, large head Reaper
medium legs, small head Scout
medium legs, medium head Assault, veteran assault
medium legs, large head Harvester (Add a cap for the meat grinder)
long legs, small head Overseer (add weapons pods)
long legs, medium head Dominator (add weapon pods)
long legs, large head Scientist/Royal scientist
Kits would include a variety of weapons and tentacles.
There is room in this list for a selection of Tripods with minimal development of new pieces, and elimination of two problems of several tripods: the soft metal and the difficulty joining different materials together.

I used Tweezers and GS on the cycles and didn't have nay issues with them or the Field Guns.
Drones on the other hand were a nightmare!

Ha, drones were easy for me with some quick fix spray. Getting the bike handles to look right, on the other hand... I'd be happy with fixes to both!

Fix the drones, they are terrible to put together. The limbs are just almost impossible to glue. The Anti-tripod guns are a close second in my book. Make them all plastic instead of metal.

I found the drones easy to assemble once I learned ca glue spray accelerant was necessary: put a dab of ca on the end of the leg, hold in position and spray.
The Anti=tripod guns were difficult, due to the fiddly gun mount and great difficulty getting the parts square and properly aligned, particularly the gun shield. I had to soak one in acetone dismantle it and reassemble to get it looking OK.

Loyalist, you are a skilled model maker.
I agree with Tenchuu that the drones are hard to assemble. I used CA gel then I held the fiddly bits in place with hot melt glue. When the CA had set the hot-melt glue popped right off. Easy enough for me, but I'm not normal.

After much frustration I discovered that I could use some of that clay-like tacky stuff (comes in white or blue for sticking up posters and such) to hold the parts in place while the epoxy dries. I gave up on super glues because I can't use the accelerator due to a severe allergy to the stuff! Oh, and I offered the new owner my services in creating assembly instruction sheets for the models. I do that sort of stuff for a living, after all He said he'd get back to me.
