Sputnik, a great idea! A RAP (Regimental Aid Post) would be a terrific objective for troops to protect, or work towards evacuating. I have part way completed my bunker for the generator for the Edison Wires. I've added storage for coal out the front as well I'll be converting the toy steam engine to fulfil the task. I will probably make it removable so that it can be used for other roles as well, hence the firing ports/slits. Craig

Not just firing slits, but air vents as well. They are going to need plenty of air for combustion as well as cooling for the generator (and the people).

Thanks guys for the kind words I will finish off a few more pieces and get back to building more buildings and then start on my fortress walls. And, most importantly, I need to start painting miniatures Craig

I'm currently using Old Glory's WWI Brit "Light Ambulance" wagon (15WWI-323) for the field 'medics' and a large tent for hospital (RAP). Also painted up a few of my covered flivvers for ambulance duty. I like your approach as well.
