The launchers aren't greatly detailed ,you probably don't need to mess with resin you could easily make a couple from wood or plastic. You'd just need a picture of the launchers 1st .

Yes your right. and there are some plastic and metal (Old Glory and others) that make various launchers that would fit the bill nicely. Indeed as this is a 'second generation' AQMF, they might look very different after all.

My third Grenadier model arrived yesterday. It's a complete kit but unlike the first two kits all 3 legs are identical - no single heavier leg as in the first 2 kits. I guess I should consider myself lucky that it has all the required parts for a complete model.

At least you have legs to make molds of for other castings and swaping out.

My blister was sealed and not opened. The last Alien Dungeon run...? but all in the same store? also i've seen how these clamshells are sealed, I can empty them without breaking the seals. Ok, than we have an UK shop owner with a lot of Grenadier Launchers and Scientist legs at home. But now he offers me replacement for the missing parts from his shop... Joker

Forgot to mention that the KS Grenadier model has resin, not metal, launchers.

Anyway I got incomplete blisters even from other vendors, so it was probably an AD issue

Is there an plasic base in the Grenadier blister aka Kickstarter bag? Grenadiers never came with bases even when I ordered mine way back when. Neither did the slavers, if I recall. Or the scientist. The bases with the full plastic tripods were meant for table top stability. I did put bases under all of mine for placing game tokens.

perhaps because the Grenadier had metal legs wasnt very tall and they thought it would be stable enough .Also nothing else would have used a base that size and AD liked to reuse as many bits as possible.

Yes, I think Chronos has the meat of it. Frankly, I prefer to base everything, as it helps define the area to be hit by AoEs, infantry assaults, etc.
