The Minions, followers of the most sinister villain around, were obvious early adherants of the big Martian War Machines. However due to suffering heavy casualties by being used as cannon fodder, not to mention constantly being stepped on, they are in the process of plotting a revolution. Plans are in the works for developing new weapon systems using a combination of human and martian technology with a little minion ineptitude thrown in. Will add more posts about the Minion Revolution in the future.

The Minions started life as tic-tacs or dowels with pieces of wire for arms and slices of aluminum tubing for eyes. Clay was used for feet prior to casting. Closer look. After adding a few pieces of wire or glue stiffened fur for hair, it is the painting that really brings out the character.

Great work, man!! Did you cast them on the base or separately and glue to a base?

Great work, man!! Did you cast them on the base or separately and glue to a base? Separately, so I could mix and match them providing variety. Also I have other uses envisioned, such as putting some in motor vehicles or minion machines as well.
