Maybe...
Roll Initiative.... winner chooses to activate as A or B....
Move 1- Side A moves all units once Side B moves all units once Complete Assaults as they occur
Shooting- Side A fires all units Side B fires all units Determine Morale as needed
Move 2 Side A makes secondary moves Side B make secondary moves
We could also change up the order in which A and B do things in different turns. For example, maybe Side B moves first, then Side A, but Side A shoots first and side B second.

All good ideas. We'll need to look at it with some play test out there. Both you folks should try a game over a weekend and see how 'your' system works out. Be sure to post the results.
