I was wondering if any one ever hears back for Iron Clad Games when you use their contact us option on their website? I have sent a few request for info on the up coming holt tractor and weapons pack and aircraft and have still not heard back from them. Any one else try it? I am thinking my requests might not go any where other than the "cloud" and they might not be seeing them.

It's certainly problematic. The munitions tender I bought last year was missing a wheel. I got no response through the website, and finally left a notice on this forum. Joe responded here and asked me to send him a note to a different address last June/July. I sent an inquiry then, and in August, and in September. All with no reply. Good luck.

Burt, did you ever get your missing wheel? Man, that sounds like some bad customer service there. And I thought I had it bad not getting answers, but not getting a missing part is worse on two counts. 1. Quality control should not have let the kit go out if it was incomplete. 2. Not following up on a complaint of missing parts. Looks like there is more that needs fixing than the contact us box.

Interesting. I was getting good customer service from Alien Dungeon about a week before it went bankrupt.

I have been struggling with writing something here because of what happened last time this situation started with Alien Dungeon. I really like what these young gentlemen have done with the game so far and what has come out, product wise, since their takeover of the game. Having said that, I hope that this somewhat small undercurrent of dissatisfaction will be addressed now, before it grows into a raging torrent. Having been in sales most of my adult life (36 years) I would just say, don't let this stand unaddressed, deal with it now, especially with the multiple avenues of communication that is available now.
Having said that, the new basket model that recently came out, was not up to the standards of past products that have come out of IG in the past. What these young men do now will determine what direction IG will go in the future. Having said this now, I don't know what shape the company is in but how the basket situ is dealt with, will be judged on the character of this young company. So take this as you will, IG, from an old salesmen, identify the problem, address it, open communications ( do not restrict ) gather information, correct the problem, and learn from your decisions, good or bad. I love the game, and hope and pray you two can continue with IG towards healthy growth and gaming fun.
Having typed this out, I will say I feel (my Opinion only) that a new updated, rule set is needed now. I know this is a huge undertaking but I do think that the rules do need to be updated. This drives the whole business model, sales, and industry attention BTW. Sales are tied to this more than anyone knows. So in wrapping this up, take from it what you will, I hope, as all of us do here, you young men continued success! ALL THIS, IS MY TWO PENNIES WORTH. Respectfully, Gunny

Respectfully, Gunny That was well put Gunny without being too pessimistic. I seem to remember they were working on some stuff for other ranges they do as Miniature Market so maybe they have been too busy with that. I am glad that they are not releasing too much stuff too quickly but the pace does need to be quicker. I hope in the new year they can give us a schedule of what releases etc they plan for the year as that keeps the interest going and some new rules would go a long way. ADMIN : With my admin hat on I just want to mention that this thread should not turn into a bashing IG thread which at the moment it is not and good points have been made
