The command tower shown in the rule book is sold as a terrain piece? I have not seen it any where. Even Ebay. I have only seen the big command tank and that tower on the tank looks a little different to me than the one pictured in the rules book.

It was never released and the one in the book is just a mock up like quite a few things in there. Hopefully it will be released one day

I have the tower from the command tank and it is the same as the stand alone tower in the rule book. It would be sweet it was sold separately with perhaps a special bunker topper. I'd like it, too, if the flame tank tower was sold separately as well. I'd put gun turrets on them.

Keep in mind that there is no "official" command tower. This is a fantasy world and timeline. Every city, unit, or installation was free to buid whatever they wanted or needed. -Some styrene sheet and spare parts from steam tanks will let you build whatever you wish. -Styrofoam packaging can make some formidable looking structures and is easy to cut. A craft store hot wire cutter can work miracles. -Plastic packing inserts from many products often have interesting lookings shapes. Any time you make a purchase, look at the inserts from many angles. You may be amazed at what cool shape is "hiding inside" that packaging.
The point is don't stress over "official" stuff. Enjoy this hobby.

mikedski my friend, I must say I really love viewing the items you scratch build. You are one of those folks I wish I could hang with for a day to pick your brain. As always thanks for posting the pictures.

mikedski my friend, I must say I really love viewing the items you scratch build. You are one of those folks I wish I could hand with for a day to pick your brain. As always thanks for posting the pictures. Thank you for your kind words. I did a lot of this after the original game owner went bankrupt and if I wanted something I needed to make it myself. I haven't been as prolific because I'd like to see what ICG might produce for fortifications.
