I think in the short term the best we can hope for is a re-issue of the existing models. Getting new models into production and the re-design of old models is an entirely different thing. I wouldn't expect that for quite a while. But hey! We can still have great games with the existing stuff!

Still sad about items that I paid for and didn't receive, but if it means the game will stay alive, I'll bite the bullet and repurchase them. This is great news!!

This is great news. Just goes to show, you can't keep a good games system down, and the invasion will not be so easily thwarted. In the words of the great man himself;
“Yet, across the gulf of space, minds that are to our minds as ours are to those of the beasts that perish, intellects vast and cool and unsympathetic, regarded this earth with envious eyes, and slowly and surely drew their plans against us.”

I think it's much too early to even guess as to timelines; as they said, they haven't even opened the facility to see what's in there, then they have to move it all to Missouri. Based on nothing at all (and I really do mean that, just sensible unicorns) I'd hope for a revised rulebook six months out and production within the year. Remember, packaging deals have to be renewed, foam makers, all kinds of parts have to fall into place. At this point I think we can just wait patiently on regular updates and help out where we can. I'm so grateful for the lack of sour grapes in this forum versus Facebook. The unrealistic expectations verge on ridiculous.

This is great news. As Admin I will say that although some bitterness is to be expected from the people that lost out on the Kickstarter, as this is a fan forum setup to keep the game going the attitude and negativity that often plagues Facebook will not be tolerated here. Thats the Admin bit done and heres to high hopes for the future of the game.

I have very exciting news to share with everyone. Yesterday we received confirmation that the sale of all Robot Peanut inventory and IP's (which includes All Quiet on the Martian Front) has become offical.
Later this month we will be traveling to Pennsylvania to pack up and move all inventory, bits, parts and production tools to St. Louis Missouri.
We are planning a meet and greet with all fans of the game at some time during Gencon. We will provide more details as it gets closer.
Please post comments or questions in this thread. Steve & Joe
Ironclad Games
Photos of the pack and move would be most appreciated.

Ironclad, you may want to create a presence in the Facebook groups. While there's a few people fighting to properly explain how logistics factor into things, it's better to hear it from the horse's mouth.

Beautiful stuff, but it makes me sad. All that hard work. I wish Ironclad all the luck in the world. I also wish the best for all the previous owners.

Congratulations on finalizing the acquisition. This is great news. From looking at the pics it makes me tired just to think about the amount of work it will take to pack up everything and move it. Like others here on this forum, I am excited to look forward to the reissue of the game and models but will practice patience knowing the effort that lies ahead.
