Well, we'll probably have to scratch build a Dominator to have those wonderful missles, but I always include at least one Scout 'T' in any pod that has Grenadiers and/or Shock drones unless its a special scenario. This is especially important if fighting the Brits with their 5 defense. Its important to note that the Targeter only has a range of 30". Much better to fire with a 4 to hit vs a 7 to hit without a target being painted - the bonus for the Dominator missiles makes for an awesome standoff range as long as the Scout is within 30" of the target. Its a shame we probably won't ever know what a "sneak" drone is... hmmm time to think on that. Blips for Martians egads! Is it worth adding a second Scout with targeter in case the first gets knocked out?

The original 'Support Cell' (pg 115 rulebook) had 'platoons' of 2 Grenadier and 1 Scout each (costs 355pts). I'd purpose after 1914AQ that this was changed to 2 Scouts with targeters and a Grenadier (at 410pts). A really correct Support Cell should have a Slaver with some Shock & Sniper drones to protect the Scouts and provide additional fire power. In fact, at some point the whole Maritan TO&E 1911 chart needs to be updated to current 1916AQ standard and lessons the Martians have developed during the prey-that-stings confrontation. I'd think that 2 Scout/1 Grenadier would be a better combo to insure on target fire and additionally be a help to any Slaver/Shock units on the table.
