G’day once again from the Slave Dungeon, This month’s new release is for our 18mm Dark World War range. With the release of the American Expeditionary Force only a few months ago, we thought we’d add to them with some armour. With the Americans putting their scientific research into other directions for the war effort, they have decided to have a Lend-lease option with the British and to use all the British options of the British Tank. They have however also added two new variants to the Mk IV range. But this release is not only about the AEF releases, we are also releasing the Hellspawn Imps. These are the Hellspawn’s jump units that can be upgraded to light flyers. The Imps have been loving sculpted by Mike Broadbent. So first up we have the AEF Mk IV Mega Electric Arc Tank, which unlike the British counterpart has 3 Electric Arc cannons and the 2 rear arc facing Heavy Machine guns. This retails for AU$25 Next is the AEF Mk IV Mega Machine Gun Tank, with 2 side mounted Mega Machine guns, 2 rear arc facing Heavy Machine guns and a long Barrelled 6” front cannon, this tank can put down some serious firepower. This Tank also retails for AU$25 Lastly is the Hellspawn Imps, or as they are known to the forces of the Western Front, “Flying Meanies.” These come as a pack of 6 unique posed creatures with separate wings. These retail for AU$10 for the set of 6. You can check these out, plus all the other great Slave 2 Gaming products on the Slave 2 Gaming website. Wow, once again great stuff. For those of us mixing Dark World into AQMF, the two new tank are awesome!! Tesla would be proud! The Mega MGs should be reread as Kitchener 3 barrel guns (right out of the rules and the 6" gun will do just fine (see my Ships tread from stats of various heavy guns in that range). Definitely an add to any of my specialist S2G elite units!
Btw, the Harpies would also work well for Ghost Archipelago figures. ;-)
