A fine inspiration! The tank squadron flags are a nice touch.
When my orders arrive from Toronto I'll be painting a Canadian force that's about 1/3 BEF infantry (3 BEF Infantry units and a BEF Vickers unit). The 'Canadian' infantry will consist of 4 Units of US infantry and 2 HMG units from two starter sets. There will be a battery of BEF Field guns, 6 Tommy tanks, 3 Mk IIb, 3 MK III, 1 Mk IIc and 5 Mk IIt to tow 2 Coil guns and 3 Heavy Field guns and help defend the guns with 2 HMGs each. I'll be using Bluemoon British 60 pdr (5") guns for the heavy artillery. They were built from 1905 on and there was one battery (?6 guns) in Canada before WWI. In addition to 2 units of Roughriders there will be a few units of Canadian cavalry with adhesive lances (Bluemoon figures from the Sudanese war). One unit might be painted as RCMP lancers though in the real world they'd replaced their pith helmets with stetsons in 1904.

A fine sounding army.

Excellent pics and stuff - love the Bluemoon Old Glory stuff - I too like the arty they have - the 13pdr works for FA, the 18pdr (83.8mm)for ATg, and the 60pdr for HFG, going into the future. For USA use the French 75s and 155s (FA/HFG). I wish I could find some 25pdrs that aren't WW2 - they'd be better for the ATg, might use Command Descision Old Glory after all. And of coarse theres the 100mm Recoiless Rifles, they' make good ATg (90mm USA ATg 88mm German for examples).
